It feels like home as soon as you walk through the door @ willow & jade. Every single team member greets you with a smile no matter how busy they are and that sweet energy is infectious. Nikki will literally go to the moon and back for her clients - she explains the why behind everything which is, without a doubt, my love language. I already can't wait for my next hair appointment.
I usually hate getting my hair done. I get so anxious about it that I typically only go once a year just to avoid the stress. But this time was completely different honestly, such a refreshing experience.
From the moment I walked in, Sam made me feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely welcome. There was zero pressure…just such a warm, reassuring presence that immediately put me at ease.
She did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair and it was a big change! I’ve been getting so many compliments, which never happens for me after a haircut! Sam also took the time to teach me how to actually style it myself in an easy and quick way. As a busy mom of three, I need something realistic and manageable ( and I truly have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to hair) and Sam made it easy!
For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment instead of dreading it. Thank you for a great experience!!
My daughter and I drive 90 minutes to come here because they are simply the best. The salon is warm and welcoming with stylists who are genuine. Stephanie knows how to turn back the hands of time like a damn miracle worker. She walks me through what she is thinking and always has a better plan for my hair than I do! Julez does mad, vibrant color like no one else! My daughter won’t let anyone else color her hair because it is super thick and long but Julez is always ready for a marathon coloring session. She always comes away looking stunning! Five stars still has them underrated!!
