The Queen B. (Sorry Beyoncé) and our regular-sized Nikki (see below). One half of the whole Cancerian mind-melding that is Willow & Jade. Nikki is the angel on your shoulder telling you how much you need that water filter in your shower and how much you DON'T need that negative energy in your life. Nikki takes her guest's hair VERY seriously, and offers up her gift of hair knowledge to you, goddess. Nikki's awards and features are too numerous to count, so be sure to follow her on social media because we're sure there's more to come.

WILLOW STYLIST
Julez is the fun, boisterous soul you'll always see laughing and joking around with her guests. But don't let her fun-loving personality fool you, she's also PROFESH AF. She's devoted a huge chunk of her time to education (She's even a Redken Certified Colorist) and has been featured by Behind the Chair as a One Shot stylist. Julez creates amazing vivid hair looks but also LOVES her blondes.

JADE STYLIST
Steph can wrap one mean perm, bang out a color correction in no time flat, and she has a cat named Jackie Daytona (What We Do in the Shadows reference). She's been doing hair for nearly 20 years and she brings every bit of knowledge she's gained in that time to every guest that sits in her chair. So whether you want the perfect blonde or an absolutely FIERCE French bob, Steph has you covered.

JADE STYLIST
Our pocket-sized Nikki. Her dog is bigger than she is (and her son is almost there too). This Nikki can tackle the craziest color correction with ease. Don't be fooled by her pixie cut, 90% of her guests have hair that rivals Rapunzel. Nikki loves a good vivid hair project but also creates beautiful lived in looks.

She's your low-key hype woman who makes sure you're up on all the latest trends. She's our jack-of-all-trades and master of all. So whether you want the MOST Pinterest-worthy boho updo, extensions that rival Rapunzel's luxurious locks, or the sickest shag in the tri-state area, Kelley's your girl.

JADE STYLIST
No, not THAT Michelle Williams (OUR Michelle is cooler TBH). Michelle is like our very own in house Vidal Sassoon. Sometimes we just watch her cut hair hoping to absorb some of her knowledge. This ginger loves to transform everyone into redheads (we think she is trying to make a redhead army who will take over the world one day) but she's also a master of the pixie cut or can make your wildest curly-hair dreams come true.

RISING STYLIST
If Willow and Jade had a cheerleader, it would be Sam H. She specializes in razor cutting and makeup, and has a knack for “pretty girl hair”. When not perfecting hairstyles, Sam's either crushing it on the golf course or performing Lady Marmalade choreography at your local bridal shower (this is an unpaid gig). She balances a serious approach to her career with a love of cheesy jokes and yacht rock.

If the idea of sipping a prebiotic soda while watching your favorite reality tv show resonates with you, then Olivia is your girl . She tap danced in our break room within 3 days of working with us and that’s when we knew she was going to be a very important member of the Willow & Jade gang. She takes her craft very seriously and thinks deeply about the canvas she’s working on, all while making you smile.

Meet Allie, our salon's newest ray of sunshine! We knew she was the perfect fit for Willow and Jade the moment we met her. Allie's always ready to lend a helping hand - or a curling iron - to anyone who needs it. Her hair and makeup skills are so amazing, we're pretty sure she's secretly a fairy godmother in disguise. She's not just an employee, she's our new BFF.

Ruth has been a covert-operative at W&J since April '23. But lucky for us they have decided to join the team on a more permanent basis! Ruth loves SpongeBob, their fav cocktail is as unique as they are (ask them about it!) and they are probably R+Co's biggest fan. Although Ruth is a full time student, they'll be with us permanently on SUNDAAAEEEEEs starting in Fall of '24!

Veda is our in house magical mystical Dark Crystal-esque pixie who will bestow the most life-changing haircut upon you. Veda has always loved crafting with her hands & mind, she crochets, makes costumes, even plays a lyre. We think that craftwork transcends into her salon life and we enjoy every second of watching her work.

Emma is a gift straight from another realm of awesomeness. We don't need A.I. around here, because we have E.I. From the moment we met Emma she was a shining light of positivity. She embodies everything Willow and Jade stands for. When Emma isn't busy booking appointments and answering texts, you'll find her making W&J buttons or filming videos for our TikTok.
