booking
-All color and extension appointments require a consultation. There is a $25 in-person consultation fee.
-All appointments must be confirmed through the secure link provided in our confirmation texts. We require an up front payment (deposit) of 25% of booked services/starting prices. This payment is applied to your total service and taken off your total bill the day your service is provided.
no refunds
In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, the stylist who originally worked on your hair will be more than happy to provide a complimentary second service to correct the issue under these terms:
1. Complaint must be made within a 48 hour period of original service;
2. Corrective service must be booked within a week of original service;
3. Corrective service will be to achieve desired result discussed in original consultation.
gratuity
Cash gratuity is preferred.
We will no longer be accepting Venmo tips as of April 15, 2023.
